Terms & Conditions for OPA OPA Ticket Sales:
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different OPA OPA event.
Tickets cannot be sold on without our prior consent before the event date.
Tickets remain the property of the Promoter and constitute a personal licence to you, which can be withdrawn and admission refused at any time prior to an event.
If a ticket holder cannot make an event due to a personal situation, the promoter reserves the right to not transfer the ticket to an alternative date.
If a ticket holder cannot make an event due to personal reasons this does not affect a group booking and therefore the remaining ticket holders must still attend or risk losing the ticket entirely.
Your ticket is issued subject to the terms and conditions of the Promoter and/or particular event. Promoters and event managers have the right to refuse admission to any event.
All tickets purchased by you must be for personal use only. If any re-sale (or attempted re-sale) of tickets is made in contravention of any law or our policies we may cancel the tickets in question. You are not permitted to combine a ticket with any travel, hospitality OR accommodation service, or any merchandise purchase / package.
Tickets are sold subject to the Promoter’s right to alter or vary an event programme without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
